Positives: Our room wasn’t ready and we were put in a smaller room with one bed instead of two and only offered a $20 a day discount after waiting 2 hours. They offered to give us a roll out bed so we just slept in one bed.

Negatives: The restaurant on site has terrible service. We only ordered lite fare and it took an hour and a half.

Positives: Fabulous location in Reston Town Centre with a good bar and restaurant. Staff are super. Lobby shop is well thought out. Everything is very easy and convenient at this hotel. Check out was super smooth too.

Negatives: We were a little confused by the housekeeping. At check in we were asked if we'd like daily housekeeping and we said we would, but only half the room was ever done. Very strange.
