Positives:
Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff was amazing the room was clean the bed was comfortable the kitchenette was convenient and well stocked.
Negatives:
The only thing that I felt would have been great is to be able to cast to the TV. There were two TVs and I couldn't find anything for my 5-year-old so she ended up watching the tablet because I couldn't even cast anything.

Positives:
The location of the hotel is good. I have stayed at Candlewood Suits in other locations. This one did not meet my expectations.
Negatives:
I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide an ice bucket in the room. This one does not. Pet policy $75.00 seems steep to me being my pet is fully trained. I can see a refundable deposit for pets that cause damage.

The fridge didnt work in one of our rooms. We noticed that it wasnt plugged in. We called the front desk and they didnt have housekeeping or maintenance to come and assist. He told us to pull it out and plug It in ourselves. Water was all over the kitchen floor and we had to use towels to get it up. He said he would bring us more towels and we never saw them until we went down and got them ourselves!

Negatives:
They were unable to handle the fact that I paid for two rooms via booking.com. I had to charge the second room again on my credit card to get into the room. Reception promised that they would cancel the charge once their system was able to provide the room and key. They did not. The charge was not removed from my credit card bill despite two additional appeals. I had to challenge the charge directly with my credit card company.
