Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Upon check-in, the clerk asked my husband if he wanted to see the room first "red flag." The hotel smelled, the room wreaked of smoke and marijuana and there were roaches. When he requested another room, the clerk told him the only room available was on the second floor and that there were a bunch of kids running up and down the hall and hanging out. He left and when I tried to get a refund through Booking.com, I was informed the hotel never responded to my complaint.

The mattress on the pull out couch you can see the metal through. They changed the mattress but the sheets were gross and all stained. The toilet and poop marks on the inside of the toilet as it was not cleaned at all. I asked for extra blankets and towels. The towels had stains. Paid $107 dollars and if it wasn’t late at night and my babies need a place to stay after traveling 7 hours we would have left. It was gross and my anxiety was through the roof. Because how bad it was
