Extended Stay America Suites - Richmond - Innsbrook

Negatives: property is in serious need of updates; very worn/damaged furnishings throughout room and lobby; for example, stained carpets, seriously dated appliances, rusted exterior on old refrigerator; old water damage on almost all flake-board cabinetry; did not feel at all like a $140'ish room; our friends were just down the street in a Comfort Inn at approx same price with way better room

Negatives: No ice maker in the hotel, lack of supplies in room, no breakfast

Negatives: When I walked in the front desk employee was on the phone arguing with a customer who was already staying. He spent 20 minutes yelling at this customer. Made us to scared to even stay.

Negatives: Uninvited knocks at my room door. A female guest at the hotel knocks on the door asking to join the party. What party I asked. Then the guy from front desk knocks on door saying he got complaints of smoking in room.He wanted to come check my room for smoking.I don't smoke... I didn't let him in. I talked to him through a crack in the door. So then he decided to call the room and harrassed me about smoking. I told him it was candles and inscencts. Clearly if i was smoking he would have smelled it when i talked to him through the small opening of the door.The stinch of the Indian food was horrible.It was like it was cooked into the paint on the walls. I could smell the odors in my clothes when I left the room. The next morning I got at knock at the door at telling me it check out time. It was 11:03 I was on my way out the door but this is ridiculous. I will never stay here again.

Negatives: The roaches, the odor & the people who don't have any control over their dirty pregnant dogs running around jumping into elevators with/on you. Costs too much for the little amount that they clean. Who wants to pay $256 to sleep with roaches?

Negatives: continental breakfast is too limited

Negatives: no extra linen or towels no kitchenware some of the staff not so welcoming
