Negatives: had room cleanup 1 time in a 5 day stay - was told they did it every other day? restaurant advertised being open until 10pm - was already closed at 9pm

Positives: It was close to the area I wanted to visit.

Negatives: Cleaning was not the best. There were hairs in the bathroom. I wasn't a fan of the shower set up and the conditioner container in the shower was empty.

Positives: Your staff is fantastic!! Everyone at the front desk is there to make sure you enjoy your stay and they do it wonderfully!!

Negatives: Did not receive maid service for a two night stay.. had to request towels. Breakfast should be free on such an expensive room! Greed is taking over the world sadly! The king room was very small!!!
