Negatives: The halls and other areas of the hotel were not sufficiently clean.

Negatives: They gave me a paper with information on amenities and facilities. The paper said the grab and go was open 24 hours but the person at the front desk told me it couldn’t purchase anything because it was closed. The bathroom was a little dusty and mini fridge still had left over drinks from prior guests.

Negatives: I can’t think of anything.

Negatives: Nothing really. It was a great stay overall.

Negatives: Few areas needed repairs or refreshed.

Negatives: Went up four flights twice and the key did not work the third time. They assigned another room but the employee was not empathic to my refusing to give a rating because I had spent so much time trying to get in my room. Then it rained and the rooftop bar folks informed us that we had to walk through 6” of water to get to our room. Our shoes were soaked the we saw water pour into the hallway. Then I asked another employee if the water might flood us out on the fourth floor and he said not unless your below the swimming pool.
