I have pictures of the sheets on the king bed in the room we paid $250 for , and there’s a hole in the sheets. What’s worse is I also have pictures of how the bathroom door couldn’t be fully closed because the door was too big for the frame. Imagine that, $250 for a king room where the bathroom door doesn’t close! This is room 224, for anyone interested in checking.

The continental breakfast was excellent, the staff was really nice, it was dog friendly, and the location was good.
Negatives:
I did not like that. The electric car charging could only be accessed with the valet and when you contacted the hotel, no one seemed to know much about it.

The room was extremely noisy the A/C turning on and off and the trucks and construction from the street was so loud. I told front desk in the morning and they just discounted it and didn’t apologize.

Front desk did not explain where anything was located when I checked in ie pool, gym, restaurant /breakfast hours . I had to go ask multiple times or google.
Need More soda options in vending area by front desk.
