This was by far the worst stay ever , I travel quite often and never had the issue I had here . I had been traveling all that day and didn’t get to the hotel until Midnight I asked for a late check out of 30 minutes and they made the biggest deal because I needed 30 extra minutes. The guy at the front desk literally k on the door at 11 I was still in the shower until 11:06 he continued knocking until I ran to the door with my towel on he told me to hurry up I had 5 minutes as he looked me up and down with his eyes while I stood at the door with my towel . I have never been so disrespected or treated like a dog before. I am also a choice rewards member and I book with these hotels all the time but I will never ever go back here . He stood at the door while I got dressed and begin knocking again at 5 minutes this was by far the worst I have ever been treated and I didn’t appreciate it the room was partly clean it had a musty order and the top cover was already dirty I can’t believe people stay here

The chair/furniture in the room was dirty. The towels were not white and the rooms really really need to be updated. There was no air conditioning working in the lobby. The doors were old in the rooms and also need to be updated.

Breakfast was good, easy access to I95. Great shower and water pressure/volume. Nice staff.
Negatives:
Bad odor in the rooms. We had to try 3 rooms to find one that was not too bad. The odor was odd, like old dog and cat urine. The staff said it was the carpet cleaner that they use, if that is true, they need to find a new cleaner. The tv "cut out" 3 times "no signal" then came back on after a while.
