trash all around the property on the ground and breakfast was offered like it stated dining room area was closed and ice machine didn’t work. Turn the air conditioner on and smell like mode and no screen’s in the window

I called the front desk to tell them that I was at the concert Is there an Richmond Talk to someone and I'll say that I would be there late and I was going to pay and cage he said okay When I got there about 11:30 he gave up my room saying I tried to call you I told him that I would be there My phone had cut off and so I couldn't contact him or answer my phone he should have saved my room but I asked him when I told him I would be there tonight do not give up my room
