I wasn?t aware that the facility didn?t have an elevator. It wouldn?t have been a problem but they also didn?t have any rooms on the first floor. It would?ve been helpful if there was some indication that it wasn?t a true handicap assessable facility

No elevator. 2nd floor not ADA accessible. I was not given the room that I booked. The shower didn't work in the room that I did get. They had to move me. And the room that I got moved to was right next door to the laundry and it was extremely noisy.

I liked the location, and it was convenient to nearby stores.

I did not like that this hotel has no elevators. We were on the second floor, and had to walk up and down the stairs. Plus carrying luggage up and down as well.

The property was very clean and quiet. I would recommend and I would definitely book here again.

The only negative thing I can say is I had to wait about 10 minutes before a staff member came to check me in. I called the number multiple times to get someone to come to the front. But when he finally came the process was very fast and easy.

The cleanliness was good for the age of the hotel. They do try and keep it clean. The pricing is really good for the area and therefore they did have a few long term guests, but everyone was nice. The coffee was good and breakfast was available but limited choices. You can hear upstairs but it was minimal. The bed was comfortable for such an inexpensive area hotel. We would actually stay here again and we do travel to the area often.

We had a rough start as the hotel does not have an elevator and stairs are hard for me. The check in person was mediocre at best and was quite unpleasant. I threw a little fit about the stairs and he explained that he would move us tomorrow which made our stay nicer, much appreciated. Later we talked outside and the clerk was very nice at that time, just not super friendly. The bed made a weird noise from the base when you got in and out of the bed. There was two small maintenance issues but my husband being a plumber just fixed them for them real quick. The shower head leaked and the toilet seat was moving.
