Positives:
The back door kept broken as couple months ago. Nobody take care of it, May it means safety is not a issue in that area? But as I marked last time, I had noticed it, this time, it's still no change.
Negatives:
Hire one more worker to rotate some position, then everyone should know what others are doing when they do something else. Easy to fill the gap when needed, say fix some small job without waiting for contractor (electrician/plumber).

Dirty room sheets towels wash cloth was dirty even the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out every time the staff gave me a replacement it was dirty the guy who checked me in told me I had to pay extra for another room

Only cafenated coffee offered in lobby even though the pot said decaffenated. Staff said if they made decafinated most of it would be thrown out. There was no pastry on Saturday. Pastry on Friday was little muffens. I miss the pre-covid days when waffels, cold ceral, were offered. I stayed one day/week in Southgate MI. before covid. This stay was in Richmond VA. First time back in four years....and perhaps my last. Coffee pot in room did not work. Soda vending machine was out of order although soda was available at the desk.
