I checked into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and it was VERY strong. They moved me to a new room that was better but had only a wee bit of toilet paper. I thought room would be serviced the next day. It wasn’t. I went to ask for toilet paper and was told the rooms weren’t serviced because of clientele, not even close to knowing what that means. I did not feel safe there. But it was clean.

I like parking in front of my room, They cleaned once in a while not everyday which was okay because my things were in there and they might have felt uncomfortable coming in there. Very understandable

the front desk lady Elizabeth. I went here twice and the first stay I never had to give a security deposit, now all of the sudden they require a $100 deposit. I had the same lady twice and she couldn't give me a reason to why she didn't ask for the deposit last time. Rooms were dirty, had to get someone in to clean the room after being moved out of the first dirty one. Hair all in the bathroom tubs. Not cleaned before we got there. Not satisfied this time with my stay.

Nothing. The room smelled like urine and the area was sketchy. When we approached the front desk to indicate we would not be staying there the clerk offered a refund, but we were still charged for a room we didn't use.
