The room was dirty, had smears of food all over the kitchen area, I had to sweep the floor myself was grimy and dirty. Says no smoking on property but could smell weed and cigarette smoke all over property. People arguing outside and being loud. We won't be staying here again.
Negatives:
Everything could have been better. Over the phone I had called to make sure there wasn't a damage deposit, and the guy said as long as you aren't local there isn't one. We get to the property and the manager said nobody told me this there is always a damage deposit and then told me I didn't pay on booking that isn't allowed. I showed him my transaction on my banking statement and the call history and finally he relented and didn't charge us a deposit since we were clearly not local.

If you have a night job and sleep to noon it will not happen here as they find everything to do so damn early that's it's impossible to sleep past 8.
Rooms aren't clean when you check in. Bad lighting in the bathroom with me having to put a lamp that doesn't produce the same lighting there.

Positives:
The filthiest hotel room I have been in, floor was un vacuumed and completely soaked in stains. All visible surfaces were covered in dirt and grime, it had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The bath and toilet were uncleaned, shampoo and conditioner were not provided. Their was nothing I liked other then leaving.
Negatives:
Everything, the elevator stank of urine, and vicious heroin addicts pounded on the walls at all hours of the night. Our peephole was covered with a paper towel fashioned to fit inside and our windows were unlocked when we entered our room. Their was belongings of previous tenants in our room.
