I love the location and accessibility. I love Samantha the first check in front desk person and cleanliness of the room.

I was pleased with Samantha’s performance as a front desk staff. She handled her line well, provided everyone attentive customers service,texted to follow up on satisfactory service. However at the time of check in the families weren’t in their rooms we dropped off our bags and went out for dinner. At our return is when things went down hill.
As far as the look of the room it was great except we didn’t get balcony expected. Cleanliness was standard. The quality of the room: There was a shortage in the right bedside lamp charging port. The walls are thin and we were in between to families on both sides. The nose level of the children was very disheartening for the experience, wanted a relaxing evening. The electrical of the room was faulty. Issues with the remote connecting. Was able to get another remote but it’s a known issue because another guest in front of us was there for the same issue.
If you turn off one light the tv would cut off. The over night front desk person was not as customer friendly equipped as Samantha and fell short. Seemed annoyed we had questions as if he was busy and didn’t have time to provide quality answers so we left hoping the morning person would be better. However she was overwhelmed and even went outside standing for 15 or so minutes before returning to the front desk. So instead I decided to leave a review.
