I love the facility. It is clean, the staff is great, good water flow in the shower, and the hotel is in a really good location, 5 minutes from downtown Roanoke. I enjoyed the bar. The view from this property is tremendous.
Negatives:
I would have liked an included continental breakfast. The food is excellent, but it isn't cheap. My biggest complaint is the cable system. The picture was consistently pixilating, but even worse, they do not include multiple sports channels that I like. Examples include The Golf Channel and FS1.

it was very clean in the common areas, room, bathroom. it was also quiet with the rare exception of outside traffic with loud exhaust systems. The room was cleaned on schedule and towels, toiletries and bedding replaced.
Negatives:
Just the occasional loud exhaust systems of passing traffic behind and up the hill which they obviously cant control.
