The people... I met the head of house keeping and she asked me how was my stay and was there anything I needed... this is very rare and very much appreciated. I told her I was always happy there with no problems attesting to her management. Kudos

Hotel was having some refurbishments at the time we stayed yet still charged the usual rate should have been discounted on the upset to visitors.
