Positives:
The location was convenient and accessible. The room was clean and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. The sheets smelled freshly washed. Breakfast is typical hotel fare with a good variety and much appreciated. In-room coffee was okay, but coffee at breakfast was excellent. The clerk at check-in was especially informative and friendly. Wi-fi was strong and consistent.
Negatives:
Until I cranked up the AC, the room smelled pretty bad. I don’t know if it was exacerbated by the excessive hot and humid weather. After the AC kicked in it wasn’t noticeable.

Trying to find ice machine change for vending machines rude customer service told me I could walk down busy highway few blocks to get change for their machines no tub and shower leaked across bathroom and loud music a people in parking lot for hours

Positives:
Two of the workers were great to us but there was one at the desk that was horrible and we will not return to this place again because of him. We always stayed there when we went to see the grandkids there but never again.
Negatives:
Our son stayed a couple extra nights after we left and that same guy was horrible and his phone and tv didn't work so the had to move him and the phone was still messed up. And someone tried to steal gas from his vehicle while he was there.
