The front staff was very friendly and professional.
There was plenty of space in the lobby to congregate or hang out or have breakfast. The Lavazza coffee was a nice touch. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station and ice by the elevators.
Negatives:
The bed linens were very strange.It looked like there was a mattress pad on top of the top sheet under the plastic weird bed cover. If you're only going to do housekeeping every other day, another set of towels would be appreciated. The breakfast was very simple... a bowl of apples, toast and bagels, cereal and some sort of pancake maker, and hard boiled eggs.

Floors in the room were not swept clean, and a towel was hanging up on a hook in the bathroom. We are used to clean towels being folded as there were other folded towels under sink.We had to assume this was a previously used towel left behind by housekeeping.

I booked a Hilton Garden Inn, which said had dining. We arrived and were starving. No restaurant. , our GPS had us circling around because the address didn’t match the hotel.
Hideous decor, small rooms and extremely bright lighting. Shampoo was empty. More trouble than was worth.
