The rooms are a nice size, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome both days.

Upon arriving, the room bathroom floor was dirty. I made the young lady Brittany who checked me in aware, and she kindly switched my room. We had a family gathering to attend, so we changed our clothes and left right back out. When we returned, I turned the tv on and couldn’t get a signal in the bedroom or the living room. I called front desk and spoke to Brittany again, she told me to change the setting on the tv which did not work. She said she was the only one there and would have someone come up the next morning, which never happened. I went down to talk to her again after still no signal. She offered to change my room again, in which I declined because my clothes were already unpacked. She called her manager and made her aware of the situation and she in turn stated she would have to contact Booking.com to discount my bill. So another day without tv. Left the room again later that day and upon returning, could not get into my room. I went downstairs AGAIN and was given a new card to enter my room. By this time, I’m over it. Checking out Monday morning, Brittany made me aware that the GM Shannon was there and she explained to her what happened, and she would talk to me. After speaking to Shannon,she assured me that she would take care of the discount with Booking and she would call me. She also gave me her business card with her email in which I have since emailed her and haven’t received a response. The hotel is really nice, but it needs more employee help as Brittany was the only young lady I saw for 2 days straight with no management available. I’m not one to complain, but my entire holiday weekend was running around in circles. First time leaving a bad review about Holiday Inn Express. Hopefully this will be resolved.

The staff was wonderful especially when I had to call at 3:30am because our flight was delayed overnight due to tropical storm Debbie!! We arrived just in time for breakfast then a nap before a meeting at 1 pm.

Super close to the airport. Which made it super convenient. It was nice to not have to rush to get there and worry about traffic or anything. So it was great too that I was able to have some extra time with them without having to rush them immediately to the airport.
