Nothing. That was no microtel. And I honestly can't believe the nerve to ask for a review. Definitely was not what was advertised online. I'm going to complain to cooperate because that was not a microtel. We could not even stay there we had to get another hotel. Buyer beware.

So upon arrival, it looked nasty. The elevator did not work. We were scheduled to be on the 3rd floor, and we were scheduled to be in Virginia for a little over a week. So we were supposed to carry allll of our luggage up what 3 4 flights of stairs? No way. Then something said, "Let me go check this room out first." I opened the door to the room and this TREMENDOUSLY foul smell hit me before I could even get in the room it was very dark in the room but I could tell it was not white linens or a color that I'm use to at a microtel the whole room looked brown or something because of the smell I was terrified to actually go all the way in the room I ran down stairs and immediately told the front desk. If I didn't know any better, you would think a body was in that room. Yes, it truly smelled that loud and awful. They have a sign up that says no refund after 15 minutes. I've never seen that before, so I'm sure they are aware of what's going on with the rooms. And I say rooms because when I went back downstairs another customer was complaining of the same thing except she found something inside of something in her room

I didn’t like how outdated the entire hotel was, I didn’t like the elevator not working, I didn’t like I didn’t receive any help with my bags and toddler, I didn’t like the stains on the linen, I didn’t like the the broken picture, I didn’t like the smoke detector not being fixed, I didn’t like the door that leads to another bedroom, I didn’t like the smoke smell throughout the hotel, I didn’t like how low the toilet was, and I didn’t like the stains of mold in the tub.

nothing. The frist room smell like pea and the bathroom showers black. They went and switched me to another room that smelled like mildew. Not to mention as soon as you walk in and walk down the hall. All you smell is marijuana. then breakfast was from 6am-9am and 8:30 all there was is one bagel and one blueberry muffin. then I paid an extra $20 to have a late check out at 1 .10 minutes to 11 housekeeping was trying to get in the room. I called down and told the gentleman that I paid $20 extra to get a check out. He said he doesn't do that. He was very rude and hung up on me. I believe he was the owner cause he said I don't do that. Then I need to call booking.com I called booking.com. And they said that they would contact the property, of course, I Would get a refund, they said have not gotten a refund. then booking.com gave me a $14 and 95 credit. What's that gonna do for me? Because I'll never book through them again
