Negatives: issues with pool , I tried to relax in whirlpool but have 10 kids jumping in and out due to the pool being closed for cleaning so couldn’t really relax .

Negatives: 1st night people above me yelling and running and jumping all night long. called desk, short staff continued until 1am then started again at 4am. next day desk said the people checked out. 2nd night people above me running and jumping all night long….. seriously all night. called the desk, same result! 3rd night moved to a new room no issues. 4th night, room next to me baby crying all night long.
