Nothing. They messed up and couldn’t give me a room even though I had a reservation

I made a reservation and when I got there they didn’t have a room. They said they would give me points for my inconvenience and didn’t. They referred me to another Marriott with a quoted price. When I got there they wouldn’t honor the price. The second Marriott was horribly dirty and unorganized. I left and went to a Best Western which was much nicer.

Sofa bed was terrible. It was the worse sofa bed I’ve ever seen. Hotel staff that checked me in was on her phone the entire time. It was unprofessional. They charged $15 a day for parking and it isn’t in a walkable city location.

1. Front Desk person was rude and un professional. He was on his phone instead of assisting our needs
2. The BAR clerk was extremely rude and insulting to my daughter. The BAR and food services were shut down before normal closing times.
3. My rooms tv was un usable upon arrival and took a long period of time to repair.
