Negatives:
The pillows had stains on them, at one point the elevator wasn't working and I was forced to take the stairs with an injured knee, and they also cut off the water. On top of that they charged my CC for parking WITHOUT even telling me. They just asked if we have a vehicle and handed me a parking pass. Their explanation: "Everyone is expected to know there's a fee for parking." Ridiculous.
