My water did not get hot at all. I tried 3 times waiting 7 to 10 minutes and was no good. I did go to the front desk to report the water and was told to let it run for 7 minutes

Everything. The halls smelled. The keys didn’t work daily. The staff females were rude. The bathroom had mold. The microwave was rusted so bad it dripped rusty water after using. The button gets stuck. The beds were not comfortable. The towels are crappy. The hotel doesn’t provided kitchen dishes or silverware not even a coffee pot. THERE WAS NEVER HOT WATER! Many people had no hot water. The location is sketchy. We didn’t feel safe when outside.
