The smell in the room was atrocious. We asked for air fresheners and were told to track down the housekeeping staff ourselves to try to ask them for some. We ended up purchasing and using febreze and various products to try to get the smell out but it was still terrible. We had to launder all of our clothing and belongings after leaving because whatever that stench was clung to everything. On a surface level the room seemed otherwise clean when we came in, but there were stains on the doors, grime on the door latches and in less obvious spots all around the room. The air conditioner seemed to be leaking some sort of liquid, which may have been the cause of the smell. There was often lots of noise in the parking lot below us. The shower leaked and the hot water was inconsistent. The mattress on the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable, and the sheets were thin and scratchy. We had to request a coffee maker twice to be brought to the kitchenette.
