Location was good but difficult to find
Negatives:
The hotel is starting to show signs of aging. Hall carpets need cleaning, elevators need to be replaced and breakfast service is average (coffee tastes like urine).

Hotel is attractive and modern. Staff was very accommodating and immediately addressed my complaint when I asked to change my room

The mattress was very hard which provided a sleepless night. Also, free breakfast was sub-par.. i.e.: rubbery eggs

The hotel was well situated--close to a mall area-- and the staff courteous and friendly.

Booking.com blocked the full amount of my stay $1600 on my card. Then the hotel started to deduct additional funds against my card which amounted to over $3000 USD after may stay. There was confusion during my pervious stay a week prior when the night manager deducted my room charge three times and took about two weeks to fix. I'm still uncertain what I was owe have been repaid. Despite the nice friendly staff I will not return because of the terrible way they handled the payment-sorry sometimes don't cut it!

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel housekeeping only came one time to clean the room even for that I have to call them. We noticed trash overflowing the trash can , hallway......etc
We found the safe box was broken and the parts were all over the closet floor we called maintenance it took them 3 days to fix it.
