Negatives:
When we arrived, my mother-in-law had to clean the ac filters, and the AC itself. The first morning, I had Turkey sausage with scrambled eggs, an hour later, I couldnt leave the room anymore, had the worst food poisoning in my life. I had to miss the first day of the event which was the reason for me to travel to DC area. Even on Saturday, I was still feeling bad and weak. That was my worst hotel experience. Besides the broken elevator. It took forever to go up and down. When we had to check out, I had to wait for 6 times, till I could fit in the elevator, as staff decided to transport laundry close to check out our, making it impossible to get the luggage carts inside, and also the rude staff at the checkout.

We booked this hotel because it looked comfortable and had a pool. Not only did the main front desk host have a bad attitude most the time we spoke with her but they have not had a pool at their hotel in years which was the main reason we booked this place.The room was gross and the sink kept clogging up.

The entrance was difficult to find. Parking was limited to the garage which was an additional fee. The room was outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard not hotel quality but motel quality. The breakfast was very generic. Considering the price and location I expected more. It was not worth the cost.
