The bed was comfortable. I liked that the floors were not carpet. The breakfast was good.

The toilet in the first room they put us in did not work. Then they moved us to another room that smelled like dog and had hair in the bathtub. That toilet worked but kept running all night.

Cleanliness and staff. Lots of parking was available, and the hotel was near other amenities like food and gas.

There was no bathroom light. I was not able to shower upon my arrival or in the morning. I was hoping that by the morning someone would come to fix the issue but nothing happened.

The place is filthy, breakfast awful, staff unfriendly. Checked into a non smoking room which was obviously a smoking room, terrible stale smoking smell, had to Recheck into another room and it smelt musty. The room was truly dirty, dusty, finger marks, actually dirty, hairs in the bed; when we got in the bathroom it was gross and there were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door, toilet seat had a hair on it, empty toilet paper roll on the floor on the side of the toilet, and the sink in bathroom had water spots as if it was never cleaned, the shower was dirty. The floors were dirty, the bottom of my white socks were filthy. The hotel looks like a front for a drug deal meet up. Very disappointed because I never minded a Best Western hotel. Never again!
