Having to live in between a hotel room when I can and my car and having mentioned that to the front desk they gave me a ground floor room close to the parking lot so I could also keep an eye on my vehicle. It has a rooftop carrier. Overal the stay was gr8

Our door lock was very finicky, and operation was a challenge. There was an issue getting our key cards programed. Sometimes it took several attempts to get it to open. The door and or lock needs repair.

Second time staying there and both times the doors on the rooms were tricky to get into.

We were given room 214, room was full of smoke odor. We had to leave after having a family meeting with our son for his wedding plans. We, the parents would have spent the night but left without asking for another room. Were there briefly for about an hour and half on Friday night Sept 15th 2023.

They allowed smokers and my granddaughter got very sick. The phone lines didnt work we had to change rooms I requested refund and owner refused. We were hostage for 4 days with a sick granddaughter and could not leavy

The location was nice. Other than that, I would say it is pretty standard. Nothing too jazzy, but decent as expected.
Negatives:
The customer service is HORRIBLE. The most rude I have ever encountered in my life from someone who works in the hospitality field. The manager told me " I was wasting his time" when I needed to edit my reservation and hung up right in my ear.
