Never stayed. Total chaos and lobby smelled.gave us a key to look at room and didn't work. Decided overall appearance and function were not good.

Lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Property was run down inside and out! If I wasnt so tired I wouldnt have stayed there! Didnt even take a shower as it was in terrible condition. Appliances in room were broken and filthy! Didnt try breakfast!

Hot water -- not hot and faucet was faulty. Breakfast room felt like a hospital. Check in staff was gossiping with girlfriend on speak phone -- evening staff.

Person at front desk gave us no information except the keys to room. Was not able to open door so I went back dow to the lobby and the woman at desk just took cards and reset them and never said a word!!!!

AC in room didn't work well. It shut off for hours. We had to run the fan for hours. Toilet was made for a 5 year old and the handle fell off.

The odor in the room was bad. The dead roaches in the bathroom and the dead roaches in the mini fridge helped me decide to leave immediately.

This HoJo was located quite near the town center and was among the cheapest in the area. The wifi was good, though one must log in at the HoJo web site every time the computer is accessed. Large parking lot.
Negatives:
While not particularly dirty or poorly maintained, the facility is tired and worn, and it shows. My tub faucet could not be shut off, it dribbled the entire stay. Thin walls; I listened to neighbors' conversations, the laundry and elevator four doors down, the traffic, etc. The elevator lobby on the third floor smelled a lot like bong water.
