The staff was great.

The room was around persons with a dog, which made noise most of the time. Very thin walls. The persons above us stayed up very late and were up very early.

The two most important things: Wonderfully clean, and, the beds were absolutely superb.
Negatives:
Breakfast was good, but no country gravy in Northwest Virginia? The room was the most narrow that I have seen in a motel in recent memory. The traffic pattern to the hotel is right next to I-81, but very convoluted drive to and away from the motel; a bit of a challenge at night.
