Positives:
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast included was probably one of the best I’ve had in this location. The staff was friendly. Everything was easily accessible.

Just had to move my car at the beginning once I checked in to be closer to my room but it’s not that bad, it ended up being more convenient

The breakfast is a very thorough and excellent selection. It's also so very close to the airport, only a 10 minute (on a bad traffic day) trip either to or from.
Negatives:
I arranged for a shuttle to the airport the evening before I was leaving. When I showed up at the desk at the arranged time, there was no shuttle driver and no one seemed to know I'd made an appointment. They arranged a shuttle *half an hour later*. If my flight wasn't domestic or if the timing had been tighter, the hotel would have screwed me over big time. I dislike that shuttle service to and from the airport isn't automatically anymore, seems like a cost-cutting measure that is not in keeping with the standard of stays past.
