Blood spatter on wall & tv, white substance & glass looking substance on night stand & dresser. Tv turned off every 5 mins. Manager said Fri housekeeping would come Saturday. No cleaning ever happened.

When we arrived 8:30pmish, check in went smoothly but then we noticed a couple running vehicles with several people in them right outside our room just sitting there for 45minutes looking suspicious. Very unnerving.
Upon entry the room looked clean but was very run down and out dated. Entered the bathroom and it was an immediate not showering here! (See picture). You could see daylight through the side of the door and cold air blew in. Heard doors open and closing all night. Felt itchy all night and didnt sleep one minute. Got up outta the bed at 3:30am to find a spider on my pillow. We were done and left.

didn't understand my reservation via booking. I travel all over the world by business , it was the first time I saw someone not accept a passport as ID.
