Clean room, nice lounge, although no bar.

They couldn’t find my reservation and made me call booking.com to clear it up. When I finally got checked in I went to the room and it wasn’t what I had booked and it had feather pillows which I had asked for hypoallergenic. And there was no sofa bed as was advertised in the booking. They switched me to a room that had the sofa bed but no kitchenette. Me and my friends had booked this specific room so we could all sleep and have food and hang out. If I had known the kitchenette and sofa bed weren’t available I would have not booked. After all the mix ups and inconveniences on the properties side they never offered me even so much as a bottle of water. I will not book again.

Breakfast was great and had just enough options. Gym was perfect for what we needed to get a workout in!

Bed was fairy hard and the pillows were way too soft.
Pool was cold for an indoor heated pool but nice to take a nice dip after working out.

Room is very clean and quiet, bed is comfortable and location is close to nearby commercial center, it’s easy to get food and anything you need.
Negatives:
The shower place only has a shower curtain and no separation measures on floor to prevent water coming out. So after taking shower, water runs all around the toilet. Maybe this’s because we are allocated a room for handicapped people, cos there’s a folding chair inside the shower place.

The breakfast was delicious. The maid and breakfast staff were kind.

The front desk person, Perkin, was rude and condisending. AC didn't work. When we first checked in in the room, they gave us. They fixed the AC right away, but after the horrible check-in experience, they could have done better. Pool was closed for part of our stay and when asked why they didn't let us know prior to us driving there, from New Hampshire, and Perkin told us " well it's on our website". We booked the trip in APRIL, and we checked the website. It wasn't on it until AFTER we checked in.
