Nice, quiet setting, close to northern VA highways. Texted daily to see if we needed anything.

Not the hotel's fault, but the street is a bit off the beaten path, and was initially a little difficult to find.

Ive stayed here a number of times, and its a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are sizable, the beds are very comfortable, and theres not a lot of ambient noise. Decent breakfast, nice staff, and close to a lot of suburban things.
Negatives:
Girls soccer team running up and down the halls slamming doors and squealing, but theres minimal control the hotel has over that. The hotels location through a parking lot of a largely empty shopping center, is a little annoying and needs better signage

Overall it was good.
Positives:
Self-service breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. My son enjoyed making his own waffles in the waffle iron and I enjoyed the multiple coffee options. A big and welcoming dining area was also available. We really enjoyed our stay as we usually do at all Hampton Inn & Suites.
Negatives:
My reservation was confirmed through booking.com and somehow did not go through to the hotel. I did have to call customer service to resolve the issue, because I did not want to get double charged. The staff at the hotel we extremely helpful throughout my trouble shooting and we were able to work it out. I was very grateful for both customer service through the app and the staff at the hotel. The pool was also unavailable, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

All the people with dogs, I have stayed at this address numerous times never seen 4 different people with dogs? I don't want to stay in a room that a dog has been in, that's just gross. You only clean so well and if they use the bathroom inside nope
