Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive or friendly. There was only 1 gentleman that was extremely helpful and friendly and unfortunately I do not know his name. Breakfast was OK - nothing exceptional. Coffee area was not well kept and was not convenient to more than one person at a time.

Positives: The hotel is 10 Minuutes from Dulles Airport by Hotelssuttle; which runs every 30 minutes. The comfortable and big rooms were apartments with cooking faciliries, fridge and dishwasher. Staff was friendly and effizient. There was a good complimentary breakfast. Everything nett and clean.

Negatives: As the hotel is close to the airport naturaly the Washington city center and all sights are far away. The area around the hotel is not very interesting. A gas station and a Burger King restaurant is about all it offers.

Positives: Very little.

Negatives: I was charged a $50.00 resort fee over what I reserved on Booking dot com. the front desk justified it by telling me everyone does it, it gave me access to the gift shop (which featured a wall of shelves with snacks on it), the fitness facility (which was mediocre at best and I'm in the fitness business so I do know) and, the pool (which was closed). Hidden fees are despicable-I'll stick to Priceline from now on.

Positives: Location is close to everything.

Negatives: The parking fee is ridiculous. The parking lot itself needs paved badly, riddled with potholes. The breakfast is very small, was much better in the past. The heat unit in the room was fairly loud. The pillows are extremely flat, would definitely recommend bringing your own.
