The lady front desk is very rude ,we are booking in the evening because we need hotel to sleep that night when we are arrive the hotel the lady said we have to wait until 3 pm to check in ,we had one kid with us so we are ask the lady how she can help with that she very aggressive she said we can stayed there until 11 pm .
