1. I waited for 30 minutes past my ‘guaranteed’ check-in time for my digital key to be delivered.
When I finally went to the desk and asked about it, I was told “oh, those aren’t working”. Which made me wonder exactly how long were they going to make me wait before someone told me that.
2. On day two of my stay, the bed was made, however, none of the coffee supplies were replenished, nor were the plastic bags replaced in the wastebaskets. Not a huge deal, but certainly something that housekeeping should’ve taken care of.

Staff was courteous and every encounter was great. The rooms are spacious which is what you expect from a Hilton, while a bit dated it was a good room.
Negatives:
Hotel was going under refreshments, would have been good to know the pool was closed in advance as this is the reason we booked this particular location

The hotel is being renovated and there is construction in the lobby and many of the hotel amenities are closed because of the renovations. I didn't know any of this when I made my reservation.
