Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. the toilet didn't flush; there was no hot water available in the evenings. someone came in and installed curtains during my stay without notifying me. the room key functionality was extremely poor.

Location was great. Property was not great. There were cardboard sections taped to the elevators to protect the walls for deliveries, etc, but they we gross for guests staying at the hotel. The person checked us in was very friendly, but said there was a breakfast in the am. We went down to find: coffee, oatmeal packets, small prepackaged muffins. No juice, no fruit, etc. It was a joke.
Negatives:
Overall not very well updated. I’m saying just paint touch up, elevators do bad with cardboard taped to the walls! This ownership needs to do a better job at general maintenance. Room was very very basic which was not bad, but there was no ice bucket or chance of getting any ice in the hotel.

Stale breakfast muffins, dirty washcloths left in our tub and mildew shower. We also had 4 people in our room and only 2 washcloths. Hair on the back of the bathroom door. The ac seemed to work intermittently.

Fine for what we needed.

The staff was very nice. The night staff was hard to converse with in English, but they tried. It was very clean. The area felt very safe.
Negatives:
The door did not lock completely. The sink dripped all night. There weren't any dishes available. They finally found something we could use. The toilet would only flush every 45 minutes. The construction crew drank and ate most of the continental breakfast items. In the hotels defense, they are totally redoing the hotel, but we were not informed prior to our 7 day stay. The key cards had to be changed out often. There was mold coming through the ceiling in one of the bathrooms and the stove did not work in one room. We had to plug and unplug a overhead light in a bathroom, but at least we had light. We had rented 2 queen bed studios, for 5 people. We tried to get clean towels after 4 days, but were unable. They will clean the room once free of charge and give clean towels then, but arrangements have to be made for this service. Essentially 2 studios. We always manage okay wherever we stay in the world. Hopefully, all these issues will be taken care of with the renovation.
