Close proximity to the Metro. So many shopping malls in walking distance ranging from lower to high end. Comfy beds. Good breakfast with limited options.
Negatives:
Staff. No elevators or no assistance were provided to bring the luggage. Breakfast re-filling is very slow. Seems that only one person there for everything. Once coffee is running out no re-filling.

Good Location and value for...
Positives:
We appreciated the short walk to Spring Hill Metrorail and Walmart. The room was clean although it did smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked, however it is a small selection and the breakfast items were the same for all 4 days of our stay. There were no bugs.
Negatives:
The rooms are a bit outdated. The paint needs freshened up and the outlets should include USB ports. The property is pet friendly which normally does not bother us. But good god there was a dog next door that would NOT SHUT UP, all night and day they barked up a storm and about drove us stir crazy. The pool was closed and that was not disclosed during booking.

Positives:
Water pressure & hot water were good, bath tub was big, breakfast was fine with a nice area to dine, many TV channels to watch, King bed was comfortable, really convenient to have microwave and fridge, it was quiet even if unit is facing the car park, 5min walk to Spring Hill metro station, 10min walk to Walmart

Air conditioning is quite noisy

Positives:
Location is excellent with close proximity to various shopping centres. Also very close to Metro station and in safe location. Its really a good place.

Room freshening although I do admit it took a few days for me to realize I have to make a request for room to be cleaned after which I did just that and the room was freshened, so it was all good.
