There was construction, noise and the parking lot was scary. I almost got in 2 accidents and then had to walk down a hallway that was under construction to get to my floor.

The pillows were horrible. Just terrible, flat and uncomfortable. None of us slept well. Desk staff was unfriendly and mumbled. We wanted to give my husbands honours number and they refused because we booked through third party and not Hilton.com. I do not like their website so I never use it. My husband is diamond and they wouldnt even take the number.
