Loved the ocean front view & balcony. The room was clean and spacious, with great lighting in the room and bathroom. I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room. I also appreciated having parking at the hotel.
Negatives:
Housekeeping came while I was getting dressed. I asked them to come back later, but they never did, so my room had quite a bit of trash until the next day.. There was also a fire alarm prompting us to leave the building. I walked down 8 flights of stairs just to get downstairs to nothing actually happening and casually being told it was a false alarm.

Booking.com stipulated that hampton south pool would be open during our stay. It wasn't & we were not notified. We left next day

Neither hampton south hotel staff nor booking.com would do ANYTHING to help. Hilton did make hotel change with refund. Never use booking again!

One elevator was being serviced for our 4 days there, so, it was not working. Every one had to depend on the 1 elevator for all 7 floors of guests and staff. Online, the indoor pool was to be open during our stay dates but it was still closed for renovation.
