The staff were friendly and personable. The GM was accommodating and dedicated to customer service.

I was not told I needed to leave an deposit on the room. I was always told in fact that using booking.com I never had to leave a deposit. Thats WHY I use them. The hotel contacted me twice to check and see if I needed anything. Never mentioned this fee. Even when I told them when I would be checking in, no one told me. So a small woman traveling alone is now forced to chose between getting her kid a Halloween costume or paying this fee Im being forced into. The money for the room was already taken so I couldnt go anywhere else. I feel robbed and will NEVER stay at a Hampton inn again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pretty typical Hampton and we have stayed in many.
Negatives:
Facility seemed dated and in need of updating. Carpets worn and some lampshades in our hallway were torn and hanging on one side due to damage. Could not rais or lower wndow shade in room because of poorly operating mechanism. Property needs attention.

Staff was excellent and they even asked prior to visit if we had any specia needs.
Negatives:
Both my husband and I got very sick from staying one night at your hotel we were in room 330. We think its mold in the AC, we are both extremely allergic to mold and it caused days of allergy sickness. Please we love to stay in your hotel dur to good location and great staff but both times we have stayed we have had the same reaction.

Cable would not work on TV. Called front desk and they said they would check into it but we never heard anything else and had to go all night with no TV. My son has ADHD and can only sleep with his TV on at night so this was a very big problem for us. Also some of the breakfast items like the sausage and omelettes were still cold. Our room toilet had urine stains all over the side of it.
