Positives: Nothing I got to the hotel at four after traveling for hours. I was told that the third party vendor overbooked the room and there was nothing they could do to help me. I raised Holy Hell for (4) hours finally a second shift manager came and found a room from somewhere. I paid over $800 dollars to be treated like crap. I will NEVER BOOK HILTON AGAIN!!!!

Negatives: I was put into the wrong room upon check in and was charged triple what I was supposed to be charged and took two days to get everything back straight and I still had to pay full amount .
