Positives:
Location was perfect. Staff were ALL extremely friendly, nice & helpful. They were so nice, I hate to complain. I feel they would have been happy to fix whatever was within their power.
Negatives:
Sadly, this property needs work & staff can't change it. Owners need to invest in upgrading bathrooms & hiring more folks to prepare breakfasts. The shower was scary. The breakfast was inadequate in several ways. The air conditioner had a problem & was extremely noisy. I was embarrassed because I recommended it to many going to the same event I was attending. I hope the owners invest in it. It's in a great location.

The pool was cold!!! Also when I got in my bathing suit was blue. When I got out it was purple. I believe they had too much chlorine in the pool.

Positives:
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful upon check-in and throughout our stay. The location was fabulous with a gorgeous view of the mountains and only a short walk to the Fishing Pig restaurant.
Negatives:
The only negative thing that occurred were some other guests being disrespectful to the hotel staff regarding complimentary water but the staff handled it very professionally and diffused the situation.
