Positives: The facility was amazing. The amenities were great. Wasn't prepared for extra expenses.
Negatives: The location was great The clientele was questionable. Our vehicle was hit in the parking lot. The staff notified us they were unable to assist us with the possible perpetrator. I obviously didn't read the fine print. Breakfast came at a large cost.

Positives: The hotel was just fabulous. The service was great! My room was fabulous. The service for breakfast was great. Food was hot, flavorful and delicious.

Positives: The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and breakfast crew. Look forward to returning in December.
Negatives: We needed a walk-in shower due to my wife being physically handicapped and eventually the front desk made it happen. However, the remote controlled blinds in the room did not work. Otherwise a nice stay with a great breakfast.

Negatives: TV in bed area did not work. Reported it nothing was done. Bathroom toilet ran all night. Flapper in tank needs to be replaced. Coffee in the morning was war dot hot.

Positives: Honestly nothing. I've seen this hotel going from great to bad.
Negatives: No refrigerator in the room which booking.com advertise as having one. The pool was not cleaned and properly maintained, it had too much bleach which you could smell and taste. Ice machines gave out ice with contaminents from being dirty on the inside. A/C unit had a access cover that kept on coming lose, it could not be properly secured
