Negatives: The place in general

Negatives: The rooms were ok. My non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, no blanket, just sheets on the bed, one washcloth in the bathroom for 3 guests, tv worked but cable wouldn’t come on, lots of partying and loud commotion all night. Upon check in, couldn’t find a front desk attendant for at least 15 minutes. Called and knocked on doors. No sign posted saying he would be right back. Employee said he had to manually enter our credit card information even though the credit card machines were on right in front of us. Front desk attendant was rude when asked why we wouldn’t just swipe or tap the card to pay. Confirmed with staff the next day that credit card machines are working just fine so he may have been trying to scam us. Got his picture just in case.

Negatives: The heating was not working and we had to ask them many times until someone came and check it. Then they said they could not fix it. I asked to change to another room but they said no room is occupied at the time. The room had strange smell when you came and the beds were not comfortable as usual.

Negatives: I'm a mother traveling with children. At midnight, 2 men came knocking on my door. Claiming they didn't know the room was occupied because the person who checked me in was new. I called the front desk, and that person said there was something left in the refrigerator.??? The smell of mariguana is everywhere in the facility. The pool has chipped paint and dirty. It has a ring of dirt. Felt very unsafe. Men drinking in the balcony. There's nowhere to park. The hair dryer didn't work. I left a day earlier because I couldn't take it anymore.

Negatives: The cleanest was not good carpet dirty or need replacing, had to flush toilet several times, television didn’t work, door wasn’t secure enough for me. Didn’t feel safe there. So I checked out. Didn’t get my refund back when I tried calling Booking.com. The staff at Rodeway Inn said I had to go through you to get my refund because that’s behind I booked through.

Negatives: The pool closed at 10pm we had gotten there at 9:45 so we just missed the pool.

Negatives: The carpet felt wet, the shower didn't work properly, there was no ice in the ice machine

Negatives: No shampoo or conditioner. Only two small pillows. Pretty thin blanket. Bed was very squishy. Our necks and backs hurt the very next day

Negatives: Ice machine on second floor in lobby

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Needed more pillows and the AC didn't work
