I have stayed here for many years and it has always been nice. This most recent time it was great I love that the bed frames are metal and lewis was AMAZING I had a booking issue and I called he went above and beyond to find a solution. Once I got there I had a small issue and he resolved it immediately. I will definitely be back because of the service and quality that the hotel and lewis provided

The staff was very polite and changed our room without issue as we were given a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking room. He changed it without a problem

The property is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and the shopping around that area. The prices were very reasonable. And the bed sheets very clean.
Negatives:
Checked in at front desk, and wanted to change and shower quickly after the trip down The room had a very musty smell to it and also like it had been smoked in. Also when I turned on the shower water, it too had like musty Oder to it. Moved past it and went on to getting ready and headed out for dinner. Got back and went to plug my phone is the found a used MJ roach on the side of the bed, the other side had cigarette ash as well. Went and told the older gentleman on duty (very nice guy) and he took great care of me and the situation.
