Negatives:
No water fountain in the lobby. No lotions or extras in the bathroom. For that much money we thought we would have lotion,q-tips, make up remover pad so we didn’t bring them. At $350 a night it should come with them and some water or at least glasses for water.

Positives:
We were placed in a building that we were told did not allow pets. There was however a dog barking next door for both nights of our stay. In addition, in order to close the doors they needed to be pulled forcefully which meant that every time anyone went in or out there was the sound of a door slamming.
Negatives:
Thin towels. No water in room. No turn down service.

Excellent location and great place to stay. Beautiful room and excellent facilities.
Negatives:
Staff was not so up to our expectations. Dinner in the restaurant took way too long and stay was charged twice to my credit card. Good thing is that everything was settled correctly in the end.

Great location, pet friendly and good staff, that’s about it.
Negatives:
Unclean and outdated rooms, poor quality fixtures. Broken AC. Room keys that often have to be re-keyed. Our stay was comp’d due to AC being out, staff did all they could.
This hotel needs a lot maintenance upgrades and improvements to cleaning to be considered an “autograph” property.

We always love to stay here. The staff are friendly. The room was clean, the bed is always comfortable.

We were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm. The room was late and we could not check in till 5pm.

I was staying in a room away from the main building and was extremely dissapointed in the room as I paid over $300 for the night.There wasnt even a bottle of water left in the room for guests which is really unheard of in this day and age in a hotel that is that expensive ! It was very dark and dingy

Negatives:
You could hear our neighbors in adjacent rooms. This was especially problematic when they came back to the room late (past 1am) and likely inebriated. Also, the drapes in our room didn't work. And it was odd that the indoor pool had to be closed when it was raining outside. Would have been nice to use the indoor pool / hottub when it was raining. Other than that, I thought the location was great, staff were friendly, and overall nice amenities.
