It was very clean! The staff were supportive and helpful. The hotel is directly across from the Visitor’s Center which made access to Colonial Williamsburg incredibly easy.
Negatives:
The bed mattresses are extremely bouncy and I prefer a more firm mattress. The mattress in the sleeper chair is super thin, but it didn’t bother my child. The breakfast options were mostly pre packaged food.

Friendly staff, perfect location just beside the Vistor's Center. Fine rooms, clean and confortable. Good breakfast. Great cost-benefit. We loved to visit Williamsburg.
Negatives:
Narrow bed with too soft matress, I got a back pain the next day. Few tables for the breakfast, we needed to sit outside and it was a bit cold.

I wan’t able to find any cold water to drink at breakfast. Also, no plain unsweetened yogurt, and only unpeeled hard boiled eggs

The refrigerator didn't keep our food cold and we discovered in the morning that we lost some of it. We told the desk clerk and manager upon checking out and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the spoiled food.
