Location was ok. Staff was friendly and willing to help.
Negatives:
1st room: carpet WET and beds felt damp. Plus there was a wasp inside. 2nd room: TV would NOT connect to WiFi and toilet wasn’t flushing! 3rd room was fine.

There were no redeeming qualities at this property.
Negatives:
Trash all over the parking lot. Stains all over the carpet and furniture throughout common areas. The tables and counters in the dining area were full of crumbs snd sticky.
The entire hotel, including our room reeked of pet urine. Our sink backed up and took 2 hours to drain. We were told that is normal.

The property was awful. It was being renovated and left open in order to make income while under going the renovation.
Negatives:
The property was awful. Dirty and unsafe rooms. Elevators that were not operable. Garbage left in the hallways. The door to one of the rooms given to us first was actually had the door latched flipped over and we could not get in. There was no cleaning staff and rooms were dirty. When they finally moved us to “better rooms there was no hot water and one of the rooms door would not lock. I had to move all our stuff to the room where door locked. We tried to find other rooms and could not because of the Labor Day weekend. There were some guests who left.
